How does the free first year work?
Founding-member launch offer on the Starter plan: sign up and use it free for one year — no card required, nothing charged. Near the end of your year we’ll email you a reminder. When the free year ends, nothing is charged then unless a payment method is on file for your business. If one is, Starter continues on it at the listed price unless you cancel before then. If none is, a payment method added later — for this plan or any other — restarts Starter at the listed price within a day, unless you cancel it first. You can cancel anytime. Other plans follow their listed pricing.
What counts as a "scale"?
Each physical scale or weighing device you register and give a permanent Registry ID. Your plan tier is set by how many registered scales you manage.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. No change fees.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards on every plan. Annual billing is available on every plan, Enterprise included.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract on standard plans. Choose monthly billing or discounted annual billing on any plan. Cancel anytime — your access continues to the end of the paid period.
