What counts as a "scale"?
Each physical scale or weighing device you register and give a permanent Registry ID. Your plan tier is set by how many registered scales you manage.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. No change fees.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards for all plans, on both monthly and annual billing.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract on standard plans. Choose monthly or discounted annual billing, and cancel anytime — your access continues to the end of the paid period.
