Refund Policy

We want subscribing to ScaleRegistry to be low-risk. This policy explains our money-back guarantee, how cancellation works, and what to expect if you request a refund.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your ScaleRegistry subscription, you can request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of the charge. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to any subscription charge — monthly or annual — within 30 days of that charge.

ScaleRegistry is software. Access is delivered immediately after successful payment; nothing is shipped. All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Before disputing a charge, please contact us — we will sort it out faster than your bank can. Call 818-885-5000 or email info@scaleregistry.com. A refund we issue directly reaches you sooner than a card dispute.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at 818-885-5000 · info@scaleregistry.com within 30 days of the charge you'd like refunded. Please include your business/account name and the charge date. We aim to acknowledge refund requests quickly and process approved refunds back to your original payment method.

What's Eligible

• Charges made within the last 30 days are eligible for a refund.
• Both monthly and annual subscription charges are eligible within their respective 30-day windows.
• Charges older than 30 days are not eligible for a refund under this policy, but you can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals (see below).

Cancellation vs. Refund — What's the Difference

These are two different things:

• Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing. You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fees. Canceling by itself does not refund money you've already paid — it simply stops the next charge.
• Refund returns money for a charge you've already paid, and is only available within the first 30 days of that charge, as described above.

Your access continues through the end of your current paid period even after you cancel. For example, if you cancel partway through a paid month or year, you keep full access until that period ends — we don't cut off access early just because you canceled.

Timing of Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, but funds are typically visible within a standard processing window after approval (usually a few business days, sometimes longer depending on your bank).

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are covered by the same 30-day guarantee, measured from the date of the annual charge. If you cancel an annual plan after the 30-day window, the subscription will not renew at the next annual date, and you'll retain access for the remainder of the year you already paid for — but the portion already paid is not refundable outside the 30-day window.

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise subscriptions may include custom terms (pricing, contract length, refund/cancellation terms) agreed to in a separate order form or agreement. Where a custom Enterprise agreement addresses refunds or cancellation, those terms govern; otherwise, this policy applies.

Chargebacks

If something doesn't look right on your statement, please contact us first at 818-885-5000 · info@scaleregistry.com — most billing questions can be resolved directly and faster than a bank dispute. Charges from ScaleRegistry appear on your card statement under our billing descriptor. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first can delay resolution and may affect your account status while the dispute is investigated.

Questions

Contact us anytime at 818-885-5000 · info@scaleregistry.com with billing questions, refund requests, or help canceling.
