Add a scale to your ScaleRegistry record
Adding a device gives the scale a permanent Registry ID and one place for its certificates and service history — a record that stays with it through service visits, relocations, and resale.
This is a private record kept by ScaleRegistry. It is not your state’s device registration, permit or licence.
Some states require their own owner registration, permit or licence for commercial devices — for example
Texas, Florida and
Wisconsin (vehicle scales). Adding a scale here does not file anything with
the state. Your state page names the agency to contact about state requirements.
THREE STEPS
1 · ADD THE DEVICEManufacturer, model, capacity, serial number, and where it lives. The device is issued its permanent Registry ID immediately.
2 · ATTACH THE EVIDENCEUpload the calibration certificate or service report from your provider, plus photos of the device and its NTEP or approval plate.
3 · PRINT THE LABELPrint the QR label and fix it to the scale. Scanning it opens the record — see how that works.
