How to register a scale
Registering a device creates the record you will be asked for at inspection time — and gives the scale a permanent identity that survives service visits, relocations, and resale.
THREE STEPS
1 · ADD THE DEVICEManufacturer, model, capacity, serial number, and where it lives. The device is issued its permanent Registry ID immediately.
2 · ATTACH THE EVIDENCEUpload the calibration certificate or service report from your provider, plus photos of the device and its NTEP or approval plate.
3 · PRINT THE LABELPrint the QR label and fix it to the scale. Scanning it opens the record — see how that works.
WHAT YOU GET
ONE PLACE FOR THE RECORDEvery device, certificate, and service visit in one system instead of a binder, a shared drive, and somebody's memory.
CALIBRATION REMINDERSDue dates tracked per device, so a lapsed test is a notification rather than a failed inspection.
A RECORD YOU CAN HAND OVERShow an inspector, an auditor, or a buyer exactly what they need without exposing the rest of your operation.
VENDOR-NEUTRAL SERVICE REQUESTSFind licensed providers from the directory yourself. We take no referral fees, so the list you see is not for sale.
Most states require a licensed or registered service company to install, repair, or place a
commercial device into service. Your state page links the official list, and the
company directory covers the United States and Canada.
Start with one scale
Plans start at $29/month for up to five registered devices. Pricing is public — no sales call to see a number.
